Just a quick summary of the little guys recovery:
1. Hernia - never seemed to ever bother him. In fact we had to show him that he had a cut there. To which he promptly reminded us that we did not tell him about this one before hand (we had been talking about the surgeries and where the ouches would be for weeks. obviously we did not mention this last minute addition).
2. Ear Tubes - never noticed these. And no we never mentioned this either.
3. Circumcision - this caused some very uncomfortable 3 days. But by day4 he was a-ok with everything and it was nearly healed!
4. Palate repair - this was the big one. He did super with handling the pain the first 3 days. But day 4 was a different story. It seemed to be the big hurdle though and he is now doing much better. He has a little over a week left where he can not eat anything harder than a cooked noodle. The last two days he has been without any form of pain medication and has finally gotten his huge appetite back!!!
Which is great because the little guy has lost 3 lbs through all of this. But he has grown another half inch!
