Last Day of Leave :-(

Monday I return to work. Wachovia has been so generous in giving me 3 months paid leave but it has too quickly ended :-( Friday was the last Garrett and Mommy day for awhile so we did a few extra special activities.

The morning we just hung out playing his favorite things. Cutting with scissors is by far one of his favorite activities.














I had to make a quick trip to the mall but it seems to be part of his special day especially when he realized that putting quarters (3 quarters --- highway robbery) into the machine actually made it move and talk! It was very endearing to watch his expressions.

Then off to the Magic House Childrens Museum. For those of you not in St. Louis - this place is awesome - it is a hands on childrens museum - a heaven full of play. I loved it as a child, as did Aley and I was so thrilled to watch Garrett fall in love with the museum as well. The main exhibit this month was a car and truck service station - how much more of heaven could he have been it!!!

And to top things off - Thai for an early dinner. yum yum! (yes he can eat with chopsticks :-)

I think he had fun!
