Garretts Baptismal Re-Affirmation

Garrett was actually baptized when he was two in Kremenchuk, Ukraine at the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Catholics recognize all Christian baptisms therefore he will not be rebaptized. David and I met with Father Jim today and instead of a baptism, he will perform a re-affirmation of his baptism where he introduces him to the congregation, confirms the parents and Godparents committment and the congregations support of his joining the Catholic faith. But there will be no dunking in the baptismal font :-)

His ceremony will be at the 9:30 am Thanksgiving mass on Thanksgiving day.
Godmother will be my sister Lisa Moore and Godfather will be David's friend Jim Wirthlin.
